FAITH & LIFE
FORMATION & PROGRAMS
We are committed to growing in Jesus in community with one another through Sunday morning faith formation classes as well as a variety of small group opportunities, oftentimes around food!
SUNDAY MORNING FAITH FORMATION
-
House Groups
House Groups is our small group ministry for members and visitors alike. There are groups that meet Sunday morning during the 9:15am Faith Formation Hour prior to the start of worship and also groups that meet later in the afternoon or evening on Sunday.

Big House Sundays
Big House Sundays are large-group sessions that meet before worship a couple of times each month. Together we tackle interesting topics as we wonder together about how our faith connects to our everyday lives and are challenged to grow as Jesus-followers.
SMALL GROUP OPPORTUNITIES
Women’s Ministry
Women’s small groups meet on Monday evenings, Tuesday mornings, Wednesday mornings, and Wednesday evenings. We study a variety of books that we pray will encourage & deepen our spiritual journeys as we walk together.
Men’s Bible Study
Enjoy a Bible-based study and stimulating fellowship along with a light breakfast of coffee, bagels, and cream cheese! We meet Wednesday mornings, year ‘round, 6:30am to 7:30am or 8am to 9am. Come when you can – no registration needed.
Gray Matters
The “gray” members of our community gather together monthly for a time of education, fellowship, and refreshments. We invite guest speakers to engage with us about their stories, interests and areas of expertise.
The TABLE
Young professionals, students, and anyone looking for a young adult community are invited to come to the TABLE, the young adult group at AACRC! Join us for community around food, games, and events.
Choir
Our choir practices weekly on Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30pm. We participate in leading worship through singing every other Sunday.
Craft Group
Thursdays throughout the year in the fellowship hall. A time to gather around a table to do hand work and share life together.
Tuesday Night Dinners
If you are a college student or young adult newly arrived in Ann Arbor, please come and join us on Tuesday nights for dinner at the Lindquists’ home. The Lindquists and other “moms” prepare dinner each week for all you hungry, busy people. It is a time for good food, fellowship, and a moment for relaxing from your busy world.
